Vic Meirelles Provides Chandeliers for Patricia Machado and José Pilli's Countryside Wedding
Design Notes
The published supplier credits identify Vic Meirelles as the decorator for the home wedding.
Residential weddings require design to work with an existing domestic environment rather than a neutral event venue.

Editorial Analysis: Chandeliers in an Intimate Garden Setting
Patrícia Machado and José Pilli celebrated their wedding at a family country home in Itu. The design brought the celebration into the existing garden and residential environment, with furniture arranged to feel like an extension of the house. The original source clearly separates the creative responsibilities: Mirtes Machado and Malu Frisoni are credited for the decoration, Fernanda Piccolotto for flowers, and Vic Meirelles for the chandeliers.
The garden ceremony used baskets of baby's breath along the aisle and an intentional mixture of chairs. A large foliage-covered chandelier and suspended candles provided a major overhead decorative feature, especially as the ceremony took place after sunset. The change in natural light gave these elements an expressive role within the garden.
Elsewhere, foliage-covered hanging cages helped carry the botanical vocabulary above the guests, while pink floral arrangements and candle lanterns contributed to the dessert display. The event's visual identity depended on the integration of furniture, flowers and light rather than on a single oversized floral centerpiece.
Vic Meirelles's documented contribution was the chandelier component, not authorship of the whole design. The source credits Santa Festa for furniture and objects, Ricardo Dias for scenic lighting and Rita Lima Eventos for planning. The specific photographer of the still images remains to be verified; the article must preserve those distinctions before any publication.
