Milan Fashion Week SS27: September 24 Highlights
September 24, 2026 brought a varied programme to Milan Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2027, within the official September 22–28 calendar. Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana listed runway shows across the day alongside presentations, appointments and evening events. The selection below brings together eight collection photographs from four of the day’s labels.
The Morning Runway
The official schedule began its runway sequence with Max Mara at 9:30 a.m., followed by Genny at 10:30, Phan Dang Hoang at 11:30 and Anteprima at 12:30. Marni followed at 2 p.m.; Roberto Cavalli was scheduled for 6 p.m. These are historical calendar times for September 24, 2026.
Max Mara: A Compact Upper Half
A pale jacket and shorts create a compact outline held at the waist. Beside it, a darker upper layer meets much longer light trousers. The contrast comes from the balance of lengths.

Marni: Different Rhythms Within Separates
A bright orange upper half sits above a pale skirt, while a darker trouser look interrupts grey with horizontal bands. Each combination makes the meeting point between the garments particularly clear.

Roberto Cavalli: Surface and Scale
A patterned dress and long open outer layer create a continuous vertical sweep. A much shorter, embellished silhouette concentrates its colour and texture into a smaller area, leaving the legs exposed.

Emporio Armani: Pale and Softly Defined
The selected images move from a loose white combination to a blue-grey short outfit with a larger bag. Both keep the outline comparatively soft, with differences of length carrying the emphasis.

Presentations Alongside the Runway
CNMI’s calendar identified Emporio Armani’s 8 p.m. appointment as a presentation. Earlier presentations included Fratelli Rossetti, Giada, Serapian, Fabiana Filippi, La DoubleJ, Casadei and Furla. The distinction matters: the programme extended beyond a sequence of catwalk shows.
A presentation can give an individual piece a longer encounter with its audience. A runway, by contrast, establishes relationships through the order and movement of a sequence. Reading the two formats together makes the day easier to understand, while keeping the selected photographs distinct from a complete record of every appointment.
