Foliage, Mirrors and Crystal: 1-18 Project’s Casa Petra Wedding
A green-and-white wedding at Casa Petra balances suspended foliage, mirrored surfaces and crystal lighting.
Greenery as the architecture
At Casa Petra, 1-18 Project and floral designer André Pedrotti built a wedding setting around foliage rather than a dense display of flowers. Green and white planting connects the guest tables, the sweets display and the suspended arrangements.

Reflection and transparency
The cake and sweets sit on a suspended mirrored table arranged in an L, backed by greenery. Crystal chandeliers and candlesticks introduce points of light, while transparent furniture keeps the planting visible across the room.

A reception in several settings
Hanging foliage extends over the guest tables. A mirrored L-shaped bar incorporates three projection screens, and strings of lights define the quartet area and outdoor lounges. The result is a sequence of settings that shares a restrained palette while giving each part of the reception a different atmosphere.
