The Landscape as the Starting Point
The family farm was already visually strong, so Vic Meirelles chose to work with the existing greenery rather than overwhelm it.

Editorial Analysis: Working with a Farm's Existing Character
Juliana Malzoni and Fernando Guerreiro's farm wedding in Jundiaí was conceived around the natural beauty of the family property. Vic Meirelles avoided excessive floral staging and instead worked with the vegetation and architecture that already gave the site its character. The palette of yellow, blue and white was chosen to harmonize with the house rather than to create a separate fantasy environment.

Most of the floral arrangements were relatively low, making the dining tables and views more accessible. Ceramics played an important role as vessels and decorative accents, bringing the arrangements closer to an informal countryside vocabulary. Furniture and objects already owned by the family were also incorporated, making the setting feel personal despite a large guest list.

The relationship between borrowed event materials and existing household pieces is central to the result. When the design is led by the property rather than imposed upon it, the room can preserve a sense of familiarity. The color palette introduced celebration, while natural proportions and familiar objects prevented the event from feeling detached from its landscape.

The photography is credited to Fernanda Scuracchio, with decoration by Vic Meirelles. This project offers a useful example of restraint in luxury wedding design: recognizing what is already beautiful at a site can be as important as the new floral elements that are added.
