Miu Miu Spring/Summer 2027: The Everyday, Elevated
Miuccia Prada’s Spring/Summer 2027 collection for Miu Miu begins with the ordinary wardrobe and asks what happens when everyday pieces are deliberately heightened. Sportswear, knitwear, leather, vintage references and classical elegance are placed together until familiar categories start to lose their boundaries.
The everyday, elevated
Tailoring, chemisier dresses and embroidered evening pieces meet abbreviated sports tops, denim and more utilitarian forms. Instead of resolving those oppositions, Miu Miu keeps the friction visible. The collection builds a wardrobe in which refinement can come from recontextualization rather than formality alone.

Material that records use
Wax-laminated suede is designed to crack and age, while crossed lacing becomes both decoration and fastening. Satin and gauze mix with metal; embroidery migrates onto sportswear-shaped pieces. The clothes are allowed to wrinkle, shift and accumulate evidence of handling rather than appearing untouched.

Reusing and reconsidering
The season extends Miu Miu’s interest in circular design through Wrangler x Miu Miu Upcycled, which reworks heritage denim, while the New Balance x Miu Miu RC150 collaboration reconstructs a lightweight racing sneaker. Both projects reinforce the collection’s central idea: existing languages can be reused, altered and made newly relevant.

The official replay shows how the collection’s contrasts operate in motion, from sporty layers and manipulated surfaces to the unexpected cast and the show’s shifting balance between the familiar and the refined.
Miu Miu Spring/Summer 2027 is ultimately about the “here and now”: a wardrobe assembled from recognizable pieces, then deliberately improved, disrupted and re-read through Miuccia Prada’s instinct for contradiction.
