Jean Paul Gaultier has always treated couture as a place for provocation, humor, sensuality and technical experimentation. For Fall/Winter 2026–2027, Duran Lantink presented his first haute couture collection for the maison on July 8, 2026, combining historic couture references with experimental construction and a futuristic point of view.
Reworking the Gaultier Vocabulary
Corsetry, exaggerated tailoring and unexpected proportions remain central to the visual language. Lantink revisits familiar Gaultier signatures through shifted construction, sculptural volume and references ranging from historic French dress to futurism.
