All about the wedding of Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker

wedding of Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barke

the wedding of Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker took place in Porto Fino, Italy and was sponsored by the Dolce&Gabbana brand. The chosen location was the Brown Castle, built in the 16th century. The party took place by the sea, in a complex that belongs to the stylists Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, who were responsible for the dress worn by the bride. The Kardashian family stayed there. In addition, the couple stayed for a few days aboard the luxury yacht Regina d'Italia, which belongs to Stefano Gabbana.

The opulence of this union was already present in the engagement, when Kourtney had won an engagement ring with an estimated value of more than R$5 million. For the wedding, the couple opted for something simpler: rings studded with diamonds, by Angelic Diamonds, valued at around R$142,000 each. The designer responsible for the wedding rings was the same as the engagement ring, Lorraine Schwartz.

The celebration in Italy was not the only occasion on which the couple celebrated their union. In addition to the wedding in Italy, the couple celebrated their union in Las Vegas in April with a fake wedding, in a secret ceremony, after the 2022 Grammys. Soon after, they made the union official in Santa Barbara, California.

The ceremony in Italy, however, was the most popular and lasted an entire weekend. Among the illustrious presences were Kourtney's sisters, as well as Machine Gun Kelly, Megan Fox and the owners of the Dolce&Gabbana brand.

As expected, the Kardashians showed iconic looks! Starting with the bride, who wore a Dolce & Gabbana minidress, inspired by a lingerie model from the 1960s. What stood out the most, however, was the veil, in which there was a tribute to the tattoo that the groom has of the Virgin Mary in the head. There was an embroidery of the Virgin Mary and the words "Family, Loyalty and Respect". The groom, Travis Barker, was also in a Dolce & Gabbana suit.

But not everything is just glamour. As the Castello Brown was once a military lookout in the 13th century, the steep stairs made it a little difficult for the Kardashian clan to walk in tight dresses on the way up. The real perrengue chic! On the way down the aisle, the influencer was accompanied by her mother, Kris Jenner. The bouquet chosen was white and red flowers and the entrance music was the classic Ave Maria.

The pre-wedding celebrations began with a dinner on Friday the 20th and a lunch on Saturday the 21st, when the Kardashian family was already wearing Dolce & Gabbana models.

For the celebration menu, Ristorante Puny was chosen for the initial dinner. Everything indicates that the order was handmade trofie pasta with pesto, roasted sea bass, fresh fruit, coffee parfait and a selection of Italian wines. For dessert, there was a stop by Café Excelsior for cocktails and ice cream.

The whole weekend was full of glamor and party. A fashion show of designer clothes, castle, yachts, exquisite dinners and nothing less than a private performance by Andrea Bocelli. And DJ Cassidy was responsible for rocking the party during the night.

Including all the services provided, such as private jet transport, luxury accommodation, the rental of Castelo Brown, among others, the estimated cost of the wedding was around R$17 million. Not a big deal considering the extravagant history of the Kardashian family, right?
