Manish Malhotra Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2026–2027 marks the designer’s Paris couture debut, presented at the Pavillon Cambon on July 9, 2026. The collection brings a distinctly Indian perspective to the couture landscape, combining intricate handwork, cinematic glamour and a strong sense of occasion while placing craftsmanship and cultural identity at the center of the presentation.

Craftsmanship with Cultural Depth

Embroidery, beadwork and richly worked surfaces form the heart of the collection. Malhotra’s Mumbai atelier includes hundreds of in-house embroiderers, and that technical depth is visible in garments that translate Indian luxury craft into a broader couture vocabulary.

Cinematic Glamour

Malhotra’s long background in film and celebrity dressing is visible in the collection’s sense of drama. Gowns and evening looks are designed for movement, light and visual impact, with a confidence that translates naturally to global red carpets and high-profile events.

A Broader Definition of Couture

Manish Malhotra Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2026–2027: Indian Craft Meets Parisian Couture

The collection contributes to a more global understanding of haute couture. By bringing Indian artisanal traditions into Paris couture week, it expands the conversation around where couture expertise comes from and how regional craft can communicate on an international stage.

The Icönik View

Manish Malhotra Fall/Winter 2026–2027 is significant not only for its glamour, but for the cultural confidence behind it. The collection demonstrates how regional craftsmanship can become part of a genuinely international couture language.

For Icönik, this is one of the most important narratives in contemporary luxury: the expansion of couture beyond traditional geographic boundaries.
