Michael Jackson 于1958年8月29日出生在 Indiana 的 Gary，童年时期便随 Jackson 5 开始职业生涯。组合在 Motown 获得巨大成功，而 Jackson 的声音与舞台表现很快让他成为核心人物。

从个人事业到 Thriller

1979年的 Off the Wall 确立了成熟的个人风格。1982年的 Thriller 凭 Billie Jean、Beat It 与同名主打曲成为全球现象。随后 Bad、Dangerous 与 HIStory 继续扩展他对 pop、R&B、rock、dance 与大型制作的融合。
