icönik introduces Property Guide with 12 months of complimentary property listings

Berlin, 28 October 2026 — icönik is introducing the Property Guide participation phase, a new initiative that will connect selected real estate companies and their properties with an international audience through the icönik platform. The invitation begins ahead of the wider public rollout of the verified property catalogue.

One year of complimentary listings

Selected real estate companies already represented in the icönik Global Directory may propose up to 10 property listings each. Approved listings will be displayed for 12 months free of charge, counted from the date each listing is published. No paid subscription is required, and participation does not automatically convert into a paid plan. The standard Media Kit rates and renewal terms do not apply to this specific invitation.

Verified information and authorised imagery

Participating companies will be asked to provide accurate property descriptions, location and availability information, current prices, relevant contact details, and high-quality images with photographer or rights-holder credits. Every submission must include confirmation that the company may supply and authorise publication of the text and photographs. Listing eligibility, quality standards and the publication schedule are reviewed individually.

Connecting property discovery with the Global Directory

The Property Guide is designed to complement the icönik Global Directory, where readers discover companies, destinations, brands, professionals and specialist services. The programme aims to offer a more structured way to discover real estate opportunities through verified company information and properly credited visual materials. The existing Property Guide page is currently a preview; verified listings will be introduced through the controlled rollout process.

How to participate

Eligible companies may contact hello@iconikmagazine.com with their Global Directory profile, official website, proposed property links, authorised photographs and relevant contact details.
