Any additional cancellation, refund, or rescheduling policies are at the discretion of the responsible Third Party, and users are encouraged to review them in advance. 4. Limitation of Liability 4.1. The Portal shall not be held responsible for: Failures in the execution or provision of scheduled services; Cancellation, postponement, or modification of events by organizers; Quality, delivery, defects, or flaws in products sold by Third Parties; Any dissatisfaction, negligence, error, omission, or unlawful acts committed by Third Parties. 4.2. The Portal cannot be held legally liable for lawsuits arising from disputes between users and Third Parties, including claims of dissatisfaction, negligence, or contractual breaches. 5.
